The film mainly tells the ups and downs and lingering love story between the young female writer Liu Yin (Peng Dan) and the young female college student (Deng Jiajia).
Shan is in search of her twin sister who disappeared leaving nothing more than a native doll. Along the way she meets a mobile film crew. They discover that something isn't quite right with the boarding house in which they're staying.
The soon-to-be Monk Talkative does his best to understand when Fairy Yeh explains what must be done. Rabbit spirits have escaped from the heavenly garden, and must be recaptured. These bunnies can assume human female form, and gorgeous forms at that. One is played by Pang Dan, who happens to be the soon-to-be Monk Talkative's wife. Talkative finds the explanation hard to follow but decides to help.
The story is about a young girl named So Siu-siu. Siu-siu's mother had committed suicide when Siu-siu was young. Siu-siu is now being taken care of by her aunt (Diana PANG Dan) and her uncle (Elvis TSUI Kam-kong) who are owners of a brothel. One day, the officer Mang visits the brothel and catches a glimpse of Siu-siu. He becomes interested in her, however Siu-siu has no interest in Mang. Instead, she falls in love with another officer's nephew. Her aunt tries to break the relationship between Siu-siu and her 'Dream Lover'.
Penny and Wendy originally are co-workers and best friends until Wendy is promoted. Penny feels that she is getting old and can't compete with Wendy, she leaves Hong Kong, takes snake blood to cleanse herself, and then returns to Hong Kong for revenge.
